A new way of understanding distributed energy generation, involving both citizens and local entities for the energy transition of cities. 

It is the reference to the production measurement point, because the consumer also has his own meter that measures his consumption volume, not the production of the PV installation. It is a meter of the energy produced (kWh) and sent to the grid, so that it can be billed to the utility at the authorized prices. A secondary meter measures the small consumptions of the PV equipment (kWh) to disconnect them from the energy produced. The meters are also the property of the distribution company, which is why they charge a rental fee for their use. They provide the distributors with data to perform their invoicing. And the retailers bill this amount to the end consumer.

Abbreviated by the acronym (AC), this is the name given to electric current in which the magnitude and direction vary periodically. In colloquial usage, "alternating current" refers to the form in which electricity is delivered to homes and businesses.

Direct or direct current, abbreviated by the acronym (DC), is any type of current that when flowing in a circuit does not change its direction of flow. Every direct current circuit has a positive (+) pole and a negative (-) pole.
