We acquire, invest in and found multiple companies focused on the energy transition and circular economy. In 2018 we co-found Soto Solar with €100 million in funding
We co-founded Soto Solar raising 100 million euros in equity capital.
Having arrived in Spain in 2020, we embark on a journey with company Return Storage by Semper Power, refining our expertise in energy storage
We partner with EV-charging operator CargaTuCoche, widening our deep knowledge of energy solutions. Ekhi becomes independent from Soto Solar in summer 2022
Bringing together our years of deep industry knowledge and diverse experience, Ekhi establishes its mission.
In May 2023, Ekhi joined forces with Power2X, a company specialised in green hydrogen production. This union originated ErasmoPower2X, a company created to develop a large-scale integrated project of 1.2 GWp of photovoltaic power.
In September we made a brand-merge following our vertical growth philosophy and merged Soto Solar's image with Ekhi's to create a stronger brand.
We also integrated the Vesqa trading company to offer supply and promote our industrial collective self-consumption solutions.
